Please join us for this 6-session workshop series that invites a deep exploration of your experience of anxiety to gain greater awareness, explore new ways of coping, and ultimately feel more mindfully connected to yourself and others.

In this group workshop, we strive to create a group environment that is non-judgmental and unconditionally accepting. We create a space to explore themes such as the emotions and experience of anxiety, where this anxiety may originate, and where/how it is felt in the body. Further, we will explore how the experience of anxiety affects other parts of one’s world, including personal relationships, work, school, and one’s personal identity. We invite this inner exploration through creative directives involving artmaking and mindfulness that allow for new insight and awareness to be captured.

This unique workshop focuses on the development of group cohesion and trust, which allows for a feeling of safety, and leads to powerful moments of witnessing others experience, and sharing one’s own. Thus, the often lonely experience of anxiety is safely explored amongst fellow peers in an accepting, supportive group space, paving ways for immense personal growth and discovery.
